Norman Vallone started MessageWorks, Inc. in 1993 after serving as Vice President & Marketing Director for an Ohio-based B2B advertising agency. Since then he has created marketing content and training programs for local, regional and national clients, including numerous case studies and technical articles published in national trade magazines.

A recipient of the American Advertising Association’s prestigious Silver Medal Award, he wrote the monthly marketing column for Cox Ohio’s B2B Magazine for seven years, and was on the adjunct faculty of the School of Advertising Art for over a decade.
